I have been researching my wife's family tree. I thought that you might like
details of the Eardley connection!

My wife's maiden name is Deborah April Beswick (b. 9 Apr 1960)

Her father is David Grant Eardley Beswick (b 28 Jan 1924)

His father was Kenneth Eardley Beswick (b. 9 Oct 1895)

His mother was Ada Eardley (b. Manchester 12 Dec 1858)

Her father was John Turnock Eardley (b. Newcastle-under-Lyme 1825;
Occupation Carver and Gilder)

His father was John Eardley (Occupation Hatter)

At present, I have been unable to push the pedigree further back - do you
have any matching information on your database? Incidentally, you have
recorded John Turnock Eardley's details incorrectly for his marriage in 1855
to Elizabeth Thomas. Your website has his name as John Hancock Eardley and
his occupation as Coronet Gilder. The marriage certificate is not very
clear, so this misreading is quite understandable.
