Upcoming Eardley Reunion

An Eardley Family Reunion will be held at the Castroville Regional Park at the Large Pavillion from 10am till 6pm on June 12, 2004. If you can make it, be sure to come! The contact people are Beth Adkins McLean or Carrilee Adkins at 3511 Diadem Lane, San Antonio, TX 78219-1322.

The park is located on the Medina River just west of San Antonio and is beautiful! It includes RV facilities, tent camping, fishing, tennis courts and other improvements. Castroville was named after Henri Castro and in 1997, became home to the "Jardin des Racines," established as a gesture of friendship by the people of Alsace.

The noontime meal will be catered by McBee's BBQ at a cost of $7.00 (and $5.00 for children). A contribution of $10.00 is being asked from each family to help pay for the other expenses. RSVPs are needed!

I am a long time member of AOL and it appears that we have enough Eardleys on AOL to have a "get together" every now and then. Perhaps we can create an "Eardley Room" for meetings and discussions on AOL sometime. Let me hear from you!
