Eardley in Congleton

I'm not directly descended from Eardleys, but for the purposes of filling in the gaps, here are the details of my Eardley connection as far as I know them...

My gg grandfather was John HANKINSON, b 1840 in Congleton, Cheshire, England. He married twice. The first marriage in 1862 was to Rebecca EARDLEY b 1842. They had 5 children,then she died at the age of 33 in 1874. John then married Eleanor ROBINSON and they also had 5 children, the second of whom I'm descended from.

From communications with people on the Cheshire list and an Eardley descendant in Arizona(Joane)I have Rebecca's parents' names, Samuel EARDLEY and Mary KENNERLEY, but no further back. Can anyone add to this?
