Flag Pole

You may be interested to know that because of stresses on the King Truss in the tower at St James Audley, the flag pole has had to be romoved. This is regretable of course, and we fully intend to get the flag flying again when the truss is repaired. After that a new, more lghtweight, pole will replace the one taken down. Would anyone out there be interested in obtaining the flag pole as a (rarther large!) momento of the church. We do intend to try to sell it, perhaps to raise funds towards the aforesaid repair or even the new heating system. The pole is roughly 15 foot in length, wooden and is at present on the tower roof!
