Eardleys in Durham?

Does anyone out there have Eardley ancestors from Durham?
I always thought the Eardley family I was looking for originated from Manchester, but on the 1861 Census in Manchester there is a William Eardley (born abt.1816, occupation Bricksetter) & wife Mary Eardley (born abt.1817), with their place of birth given as Sunnyside, Durham. Their daughter Hannah was born abt.1840 in Manchester, but I can't find William, Mary and Hannah anywhere in the 1841 or 1851 Census.
I can't find any trace of Eardleys in Durham, so I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks.
