Godfrey, Elizabeth Grocott, born 19 Nov 1791 in Hanley, was the daughter of Thomas Grocott and Catherine Mear who married 10 Nov 1789 in Norton in the Moors. I am certain they had a daughter named Millicent on 1 Jan 1790 in Hanley (because my orphaned great grandfather Bedson Eardley lived with his aunt Millicent in Tunstall at the time of the 1841 census.) I am fairly certain that Thomas and Catherine Grocott also had twins, Thomas and Maria, baptized on 26 Jun 1796 in Burslem. Do you know Margaret's parents? Regards, Sheri
