Change to message board spam handling

As you may recall, we implemented a "naughty words" filter Tuesday, 22 April 2008 to stem the flow of spam. After 16 months of tweaking, the filter has successfully blocked over 5,500 spam posts! At this stage we are changing the default action to disallow posting of a message containing a blocked word, instead of referring it to the admin for approval. So if you get a message that says:

Submission Not Accepted!
Your submission was not accepted, due to the presence of "naughty" language. Please edit your post, then resubmit it! If you have any questions, please send a note to webmaster@eardley.org.

do as it says, and if you can't figure out what was blocked, just copy and paste your message into an email to webmaster@eardley.org, and post a message to the board that says "unable to post" and we'll post your message, and correct the list if necessary.
